Return/Exchange Policies

RETURNS

Items are made to order and not eligible for return to be refunded

FORCED RETURNS

returns sent back to shop without discussion will be considered a force return. The item will not be refunded and customer is responsible for paying shipping to be sent back.

EXCHANGE

Non personalized items can be exchanged. The shop must be contacted within 72 hours and returned within 7 days.  The exchange will go out once original product is returned in original condition.
